13th Anniversary of His Holiness the Dalai Lama receiving the US Congressional Medal of Honor
On October 17th, 2007, His Holiness the Dalai Lama was awarded the US Congressional medal of honor, the highest civilian honor. This past Saturday,TANC celebrated the 13th anniversary of this event with a small scarf offering ceremony followed by tea and daysee. TANC would like to thank everyone who made the time to be a part of this event.
